The school is governed by the governing council, composited of personalities with diverse experience in institutional governance and leadership. The council is composited of the following;
- John Kizito (Chairperson). Mr. Kizito is a lecturer of computer science at the college of computing and IS, Makerere University. His also the managing director of Socnet Solutions Ltd, one of the pioneer software development company in Uganda. www.cis.mak.ac.ug
- John Ngubiri (Member). Prof. Ngubiri is a professor of computer science and currently serves as a dean for the school of computing and engineering, Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU). Prof. Ngubiri is also senior member of staff at Makerere University in the College of Computing and Information Sciences. Website
- Martha Hope Nakitto (Member). Ms Nakitto she is the founding director of Precious Beauty and Vocational College. She previously worked with Tina International School of Beauty as a lecturer and with Eight Tech Consults Ltd as the business manager. Website www.preciousbc.com
