In order to achieve the schools mission, Precious Beauty and Vocational College has a culture based on the following pillars. The staff and Students follow rules and regulations especially the standing orders. They follow a chain of command in terms of respect right from the senior administrator to the lowest position both the staff, non-staff and students. The college members ensure professionalism and accountability at work. Staff ensures smartness amongst themselves and the students especially in terms of dressing. Time management is a must amongst all staff and students. Our staff ensures that students get to achieve the academic goals. College believes in teamwork and togetherness amongst the staff and the students. We believe in value creation and a shared sense of purpose with our students and clients. We see our students, not just as clients but partners in the advancement of skills development and for the betterment of humanity. We believe in keeping things simple. We’re imaginative but never irrelevant, confident but never cocky, down to earth but never dull. We cherish team work and a shared sense of social and ethical responsibility in the execution of our tasks.
We gladly share with you our culture at Precious Beauty and Vocational College. First of all culture means characteristics and knowledge of a particular group of people, defined by everything from language, religion, cuisine, social habits and arts. We have a friendly culture at the college, we associate with students from different parts of Uganda and out of Uganda. We handle students from all religions and the environment is user friendly. The staff has a positive attitude towards teaching the students, and the students are willing to learn from the staff. We have a favorable learning environment that supports the students to acquire different professions. The staff ensures that all students get involved in any activity required to be participated in. The student tend to easily interact amongst themselves, learn from themselves as they keep practicing.
Students lively interact with the teaching staff that is as Teachers, they have the opportunity to foster positive changes to the everyday experience in the school culture. Investing time in improving school culture is the worth effort. If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.
